Wakha - Karhaaigasmic
I was really tired and literally wanted to go back home and sleep after watching ‘The Man from UNCLE’. But when your cousin says he is ready to treat, WHY SAY NO TO FREE FOOOOOOD. My cousin wouldn’t stop praising about Wakha until we reached there. The place was JAM PACKED on a Monday evening. Well something is good in the restaurant then. We got our seats in 5 minutes and a really nice presentable menu was laid on the table.
Since we were just two (as always), we ordered the
Wakha Platter :- (Serves upto 3-4 people) – A platter with a mix of Lamb, Beef and Chicken that includes Lamb chops, Chicken boti and beef boti with rice.
The meat was so tender and soft. Foodgasm right at that spot. Havent had such soft and juicy botis anywhere in dubai. To me the Lamb chops were just lip-smacking. We were two people who finished this whole platter. YES! We were that hungry, but it’s enough for 3 people.
2. Mutton Karhai :- Weirdly in my life, I’ve never had a mutton Karhai in my life, it has always been chicken. But since my cousin preferred mutton, we got the mutton karhai. Our waiter told us it would take time but it was worth the wait. The Karhai was brought in a steel handi with a lid on top. The smell, the flavors, and the sight everything looked so good with mutton and we weren’t wrong. It was luscious. Like heaven was brought right upon the table. An addition to this, the mutton Karhai includes an additional roghani naan as well.
Now to gulp all this down, Wakha provides with you free Kahwa. Life sorted right?
After all the eating, the owner came to us and asked us about our feedback and well it was an obvious 5/5 place. The ambience was quite nicely done giving it a whole afghani look.
As in all, I would recommend this place to all meat lovers. Hope you guys unite here and no where else.
